1. Introduction
Welcome to Steve Agius Property Maintenance (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.steveagius.ca
2. Services Provided
We provide property maintenance services including:
• Lawn cutting and lawn care
• Shrub and hedge pruning
• Turf renovation and repair
• Seasonal yard and landscape maintenance
• Fertilizing
• Other landscaping services
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property access.

3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided verbally, in writing, or through our website are estimates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, scope of work, and materials required. We will notify clients of any price adjustments before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept:
• Cash, cheque, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal
Late or returned payments may be subject to a service charge. Unpaid accounts may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. To avoid charges:
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a partial service charge.
If weather conditions prevent service (e.g., heavy rain or unsafe conditions), we will reschedule at no cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
• Property access is available at the scheduled time.
• Pets and personal belongings are secured.
• Any irrigation systems, decorations, or obstacles are noted in advance.
• Property must be cleared by homeowner of personal belongings prior to commencing work. Extra charges may incur for extra time spent to prepare property for commencing work.
• Property must be void of pet waste prior to commencing work.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground services or objects hidden by overgrowth.

7. Liability
We take great care in performing our work safely and professionally. However:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or unforeseen conditions.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.

Our website and its content are for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
All site content, including text and images, is the property of Steve Agius Property Maintenance and may not be copied without permission.
